Furniture & Accessory Purchases:
A 50% deposit is payable upon receipt of order. A signed copy of the quote is required to confirm details of the order are correct. Orders will not be processed, nor stock items held until the deposit has been paid.
An additional 30% is payable upon shipment of ordered goods to the buyer.
The balance is payable C.O.D. for the Brisbane Metropolitan area. Interstate and Qld Regional areas balance is payable C.B.D (Payment prior to dispatch).
All deposits paid are a security against cancellation of orders and are irrevocable and non-refundable.
Goods will be delivered as described in the signed quote/order placed with Fab Decor by the buyer. Goods that have been supplied as ordered cannot be returned. Fab Decor does not take responsibility or accept liability for errors made by the buyer in relation to quantities ordered or specified finishes requested.
Ownership of ‘goods’ sold only passes to the buyer when paid for in full. If payment or part payment remains unpaid the seller may recover the ‘goods’ and may enter the buyers or other premises for that purpose. This Retention of Title clause does not affect the sellers’ other legal right with regards to the collection of payment.
Force Majeure - Fab Decor shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, freight delays, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. As such, no consequential damages or any other liability is claimable against Fab Decor.

All pricing excludes GST, Freight/Delivery and Insurance unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to variation without notice.
Stock availability is at the time of quoting and subject to variation without notice.

Upon receipt of delivery, any damaged goods or shortage of goods delivered must be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Return of product must be approved in writing by Fab Decor prior to return and may incur restocking fees.
No deductions from the invoice can be made without approval from Fab Decor.
Upon advice of a damage claim, a representative will inspect the goods and approve any credit.
Fab Decor does not refund monies however will issue a credit should the above instructions be adhered to.
Photos are a mandatory requirement for all claims.
